How has my body changed over time?

I have been tracking my body measurements and statistics on a monthly basis for the past 3 years. I will be presenting this data in an infographic form to give you an idea about how my body has changed over time.

Body Weight

My weight has remained pretty consistent throughout the years, however, I have lost quite a bit of fat around my midsection. This is likely due to the fact that I am now more active and eat healthy foods. My weight is currently at 165 pounds.

Bust Size

Despite losing weight, my bust size has actually increased by about 1 inch since 2013. This might be due to the fact that I am wearing smaller bras or that extra fat around my midsection has dropped down below my breasts. My current bust size is 34 inches!

Waist Size

Interestingly, my waist size also decreased by about 2 inches since 2013! This might be because I started eating less and exercising more consistently then. Currently, my waist size is 31 inches.

Is there a way to keep track of my body measurements?

In order to track your body measurements and make sure that you are staying consistent, there are a few tools that you can use. Hello everyone, this is Mithilesh Patankar and in this video, I am going to be discussing my body measurements. So first off, I’m 6’1″ tall, weighing 190 pounds. My chest measurement is 42″, my waist measurement is 33″, and my hips measurement is 37″. And finally, my neck measurement is 18″.
